When you place a pre-order we collect your name, email address, telephone number, shipping address and any order note you add, together with the pieces, sizes and quantities in your order. We collect this to make, invoice and ship your order, and to answer you if you write to us about it. Our checkout will not proceed without the details needed to fulfil the order.

We never see or store your card details. Payment is taken through PayPal, which processes your payment on its own secure pages and returns only the result of the transaction to us — an order identifier and the amount settled. PayPal's handling of your payment information is governed by PayPal's own privacy policy.

Order and customer details are held in MAWAZO's own database hosted on Cloudflare, and are reachable only by client care through key-protected admin access. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

The pieces in your bag are saved in your own browser (local storage) so your selection survives a refresh or a return visit. It stays on your device, is never uploaded, and clearing your browser data removes it.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. Information is shared only with the suppliers and carriers that make and deliver your order, and only as far as fulfilling that order requires.

Order records are kept for as long as we need them to service your order, honour returns and meet our accounting obligations. When you ask us to remove your details and we are no longer required to keep a record, we delete them.

You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one business day, Monday to Friday. You can also ask us at any time to stop sending you the house list email.
