How pre-orders work at MAWAZO by Dagiova — deposit, balance, shipping and returns.

Pre-order and deposit

MAWAZO pieces are offered as pre-orders and are made to order. Placing a pre-order reserves your piece: you pay a 60% deposit at checkout, and the remaining 40% balance falls due before your order ships. Both amounts are shown in your bag and again at checkout before you pay, so the split is never a surprise.

Price

The price you pay is the price shown at the time you place your order, in US dollars. Your deposit and the outstanding balance are calculated from that price. We will not change the price of an order you have already placed.

Payment

Payment is taken securely through PayPal. We never receive or store your card details. Your order is confirmed when the deposit settles, and you will see an order reference beginning with ord_ on your confirmation page and in your confirmation email.

Making your piece

Because each piece is cut and sewn to order, production begins after your deposit settles. We email you the expected production and delivery window for your order, and you are welcome to write to client care at any time for an update on where your piece has reached.

Shipping

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimums and no codes. Once your balance is settled we dispatch your piece and send you its tracking details.

Returns and exchanges

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange a piece that is unworn and in its original condition, and returns are free. Write to client care and we will arrange collection. Pieces cut to your own bespoke measurements are made specifically for you and cannot be returned, unless they arrive faulty.

Changing or cancelling an order

Write to client care as soon as you can and we will amend your order where it has not yet entered production, including size and shipping changes. Once a piece has been cut to order, cancellation is at our discretion, so please contact us early if anything about your order needs to change.

Photography and natural linen

Product photography is styled editorial work and is there to show the cut, drape and finish of each piece. Every MAWAZO piece is cut from natural linen woven from flax: the slub, weave and depth of tone vary slightly from bolt to bolt, and screens render colour differently. That natural variation is a quality of the fibre rather than a fault.

Faults and support

If a piece arrives damaged or is not as described, write to us within 14 days of delivery with your order reference and a photograph, and we will repair, replace or refund it. Our care team will always be straight with you about what is possible.

Anything unclear? Write to [email protected] and we will answer within one business day, Monday to Friday.

Effective 25 September 2026.
